Linda ReVeal

Something Old, Something New is a zine written by Linda ReVeal and designed by me. Given to brides-to-be before their wedding, this zine gives a detailed history behind the classic rhyme: something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue, and a silver sixpence for the shoe.

Each illustration was pulled from royalty free vintage graphics found through digital collectors with vast archives from 1900-1970. Linda printed each graphic and hand-colored them for me to scan and insert throughout the zine.

Covers that didn’t make the final draft, but we still love!
